We LOVE our new kitchen from I-KOOK! Thanks to Roy for his patience, advice & service. Our new kitchen is super spacious & a dream come true! The time from conception to delivery was long & a little frustrating but the wait was certainly worth it. Paul did an excellent job with the installation, even though he faced a couple of challenges… I believe that a final site inspection by Roy would have gone a long way to alleviate these challenges as sometimes there is a small “lost in translation” between builders & designers… The best part about dealing with I-KOOK, has been the follow up, courtesy call by Wil who not only inspected the new installation but also offered some additional practical advice on how we could maximize our new space even further – thank you Wil!
